1. NO CANCELLATION AFTER PURCHASE

Once a service, subscription, or product is purchased on Timbre, cancellations are strictly not permitted. All sales are final.

2. REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASE

Customers are expected to thoroughly review the product or service details, pricing, and terms before completing their purchase.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that the sale is final.

3. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In extraordinary circumstances, requests related to genuine technical errors or incorrect orders may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Such requests must be submitted immediately (within 24 hours of purchase) to hi@timbrehq.com .
with detailed information and relevant proof.
