Timbre maintains a strict no-refund policy. Please carefully review the following terms:

1. NO REFUNDS

All transactions made on Timbre are final. Payments once made will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all product or service information, pricing, and terms before completing a purchase.

3. EXCEPTIONAL CASES

In rare situations involving genuine technical issues, duplicate payments, or incorrect charges, refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction to hi@timbrehq.com .
Include clear details, transaction references, and supporting evidence.

4. DECISION & PROCESSING

- Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
- Timbre reserves the absolute right to accept or reject refund requests.
- Decisions made by Timbre regarding refunds are final and binding.

5. REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE
