Timbre primarily provides digital products and services, including AI-powered video editing tools, plugins, and online platform access. These digital products and services are delivered electronically and therefore do not involve physical shipping.

2. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products purchased on Timbre are typically made available immediately after payment confirmation. In some cases where manual processing is required:
- We aim to process and deliver all digital products within 24 hours of purchase
- You will receive an email notification once your digital product is available in your account
- All purchased tools, credits, and services can be accessed from your account dashboard

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our digital products and services:
- Exchanges are not applicable for digital tools, credits, or subscriptions
- Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be exchanged for another product
- If you require a different product or service, a new purchase must be made

4. SERVICE SUBSCRIPTIONS

For subscription-based services:
- Subscriptions can be upgraded at any time during the subscription period
- When upgrading, the remaining value of your current subscription will be applied as credit toward the higher-tier subscription
- Downgrading subscription plans will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

In the rare event that Timbre ships physical materials (such as promotional items):
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of arrangement
- Timbre is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control
- Physical items received in damaged condition may be eligible for replacement at our discretion
